It does not apply to information we collect in connection with your attendance at the club premises or your participation in or presence at events, programs, camps or other activities (other than forms and other information and communications submitted through the Sites), or if you otherwise interact with us.

If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.


We do not intentionally gather Personal Data from users who are under the age of 13 or that are minors in the jurisdiction from which the Clava LLC website is accessed. If a user under the age of 13 submits Personal Data to us and we learn that the Personal Data is the information of a user under the age of 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age.
